Are you passionate about learning, adaptable and committed to helping children achieve their full potential? Vision for Education is working in partnership with a charming one-form entry school in Sevenoaks to find a nurturing, passionate and dedicated Year One Teacher.

We are looking for a Teacher who can;

  • Create and manage a caring, supportive, purposeful and stimulating environment which is conducive to children’s learning
  • Plan and teach lessons which meet the needs of all children and ensure they can reach their full potential
  • Recognise that each child is unique and adapt teaching styles appropriately to facilitate effective learning experiences
  • Effectively monitor and assess children’s progress and evaluate their own teaching on a regular basis
  • Demonstrate detailed knowledge of the National Curriculum
  • Be committed to upholding the positive ethos and core values of the school
  • Work cohesively as part of a team environment

Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status
  • An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply for one)
