The School and Role

We are recruiting caring, enthusiastic and confident people that are looking for a job within the education sector. You will need to have experience working with children or vulnerable adults in any setting. If successful, we put you through vetting procedures and give you additional training to get you ready for a role within a school. You will complete a placement and should this be successful, we will be able to place you moving forward as a Teaching Assistant. We work with over 132 schools in the South Yorkshire, Derbyshire and North Nottinghamshire areas.

Requirements

Successful applicants will have:

  • The desire to get into the education sector
  • A passion for working with children and helping them to succeed
  • The ability to work with initiative and part of a team
  • Experience working with secondary school aged children (preferable but not essential)
  • Experience working with people of any age with SEND (preferable but not essential)
