At Vision for Education, we are pleased to be working with a fantastic school who are part of a high-achieving and established trust of schools in Essex and East London. This 11-18 school with Sixth Form, is seeking a dedicated 2iC Maths Teacher who is seeking a new role for January 2025.
The school is looking for a 2iC Maths Teacher who can confidently teach Maths and Further Maths to GCSE and A-Level. You will be supported by your Head of department, but you will be responsible for leading the team and adapting curriculum. As a 2iC Maths Teacher you will be teaching in outstanding classrooms with excellent resources and facilities. Offering free on-site parking and a free gym membership, you will have access to the state-of-the-art gym.
Perfect opportunity for a Maths Teacher with two or more years experience to take on a leadership role as a 2iC Maths Teacher. Students are encouraged to pursue their passions beyond the classroom and into University and the wider world. Around 25% of the school cohort are pupil premium, and the school has excellent initiatives to ensure those pupils can achieve their dreams.
Requirements
The desired 2iC Maths Teacher will have;
- Excellent leadership skills and ambition to progress and develop.
- A proven track record of outstanding teaching and achieving results.
- At least two years minimum of teaching experience.
- Resilience, determination and a passion for your subject
- PGCE with QTS and right to work in the UK
