This session is about strengthening our own mental health and wellbeing. The session will look at how we can look after our own wellbeing as well as others and how to develop resilience so we can navigate teaching positively.

This online training will be delivered completely free of charge by Eve Hedley of Hedley Education Solutions and is suitable for secondary teaching staff, but can be attended by primary and SEND.
