£168.80 - £232.57 per day (salary is depending on experience and/or qualifications)

Vision for Education are looking for a full-time (or 4 days per week) Year 1 teacher for the summer term, based in a school in the Royston area of Cambridgeshire. A job share will be considered. This post is initially for the Summer term though there is a chance that it may be extended into to new academic year, for the right candidate.

This vacancy has arisen due to the promotion of a current member of staff.

Requirements

To be considered for the role of Year 1 Teacher you will:

• have solid knowledge and understanding of the KS1 curriculum
• hold qualified teacher status in the UK (QTS)
• have recent experience teaching at key stage 1 level
• have a confident approach to behaviour management with an emphasis on positive reinforcement
• be able to provide two recent references to support your teaching employment
