Your Responsibilities

• Support pupils 1:1 or in small groups

• Assist teachers with lessons and classroom management

• Help students with literacy, numeracy, and confidence

• Support pupils with SEND, SEMH, or additional needs

• Create a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom environment

This role is ideal for anyone considering teacher training or long-term education careers.

Requirements

• Passion for working with children and young people

• Patient, proactive, and reliable

• Team player willing to undertake training

• Experience working with children is desirable but not essential
