About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to provide hands-on support to students with additional needs. In this rewarding role, you will:

  • 1:1 Student Support: Work closely with individual students to provide tailored learning assistance.

  • Inclusive Teaching: Adapt classroom approaches to support a diverse range of learning needs.

  • Classroom Assistance: Collaborate with teachers to prepare resources, support lessons, and create engaging learning experiences.

  • Passion & Dedication: Genuine commitment to improving young lives.

  • Compliance: Ability to provide references and pass an Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to register via the Update Service).
