A well-established and forward-thinking nursery in Lincoln is looking to appoint an experienced and confident Senior Early Years Practitioner / Nursery Teacher. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong EYFS expertise who is ready to take on additional responsibility within a supportive team.
In this role, you will take a leading position within the nursery, supporting both children and colleagues to maintain high standards of care and education. You will be responsible for delivering outstanding early years provision while ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all children.
Due to the nature of the role, a valid Paediatric First Aid qualification is essential, as you will be expected to confidently manage any first aid situations and uphold the highest safeguarding standards across the setting.
Requirements
To be considered for the role of Nursery Teacheryou will:
- Hold a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years
- Have strong knowledge and experience of the EYFS framework
- Hold a valid Paediatric First Aid certificate (essential requirement)
- Have previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting
- Demonstrate a genuine passion for supporting young children’s development
- Have strong communication and teamwork skills
