Early Years Educator (Qualified)

Banbury, Oxfordshire.

£13.68 – £14.50 per hour (salary is depending on experience and/or qualifications and will be discussed at registration)

The School and Role:

We are seeking a passionate and caring Early Years Educator to join a friendly and nurturing early years setting in Banbury. This role can be full time, working with children aged 2–4, supporting their learning, development, and wellbeing during these crucial early years.

You will play a key role in creating a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment, helping children to develop independence, confidence, and social skills through play-based learning. You will work as part of a dedicated team who are committed to giving children the best possible start to their education.

The hours will vary between the setting’s opening times of 7:30am–6:00pm, Monday to Friday.

The ideal Early Years Educator will have:

Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Childcare (or equivalent) – essential

Previous experience working in an Early Years or nursery setting

A good understanding of the EYFS framework

A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach

The ability to build positive relationships with children, staff, and parents
