Vision for Education are seeking to recruit a highly motivated Maths Teacher on behalf of a secure unit starting after Easter. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and supportive Maths lessons to students aged 10–18 during school hours.
This secure unit provides care and education for young people placed through the court system. The role requires a dedicated professional who is committed to helping young people achieve their educational potential within a structured and supportive environment.
Requirements:
The desired Maths Teacher will:
- Ideally hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Be passionate and committed to helping young people
- Be resilient and a good team player
- Have the ability to de-escalate challenging behaviours
