A friendly and inclusive primary school in Lincoln is seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Lunchtime Supervisor to join their team. This is a rewarding role supporting children during the lunchtime period, ensuring their safety, wellbeing, and positive behaviour.
As a Lunchtime Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring that children have a safe and enjoyable break time. You will supervise pupils in the dining hall, playground, and other school areas, promoting positive interactions and maintaining a calm and structured environment.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children and is able to build positive relationships while maintaining clear boundaries.
Requirements
To be considered for the role of Lunchtime Supervisor you will:
- Have experience working with children (school, childcare, or similar setting preferred)
- Be approachable, patient, and able to manage behaviour effectively
- Have good communication and interpersonal skills
- Be reliable and able to commit to 5 days per week
- Have a strong understanding of safeguarding and child safety
