The School and Role

This Primary School in Ashington (NE63) is currently looking for a EYFS Teaching Assistant to work on a part-time basis from April until July 2026. The EYFS Teaching Assistant appointed for this role will be working in the 2-year-olds provision at school to provide general support within the group. This is alongside a team of dedicated and experienced professionals. The role would be Monday – Thursday each week. This is a school where children are enabled to reach their full potential, and which creates an atmosphere of respect.

Requirements

The desired EYFS Teaching Assistant will have;

- Experience of working with primary school aged children

- Experience of working with pupils with SEND

- A passion for the progress of primary school pupils

- An ability to work as part of a team
