About the Role
As an ECT working through Vision for Education, you will:

Deliver engaging lessons in your specialist subject in line with the national curriculum

Create a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment

Manage classroom behaviour effectively

Assess and monitor pupil progress
-
Collaborate with school staff to support student development
Placements may vary from day-to-day supply to longer-term assignments, allowing you to gain experience across multiple schools while building your teaching portfolio.
Who We’re Looking For

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or due to achieve QTS

Relevant degree or teaching qualification
-
Passion for supporting young people and education

Strong classroom management and communication skills
-
Flexibility and enthusiasm to work across different secondary schools
