About the Role
As a TA / LSA at Include School, you will:
✨ Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with a range of special educational needs
Support students with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), ADHD, SEMH needs and communication difficulties
Assist teachers in delivering engaging, differentiated lessons
Help implement EHCP targets and personalised learning strategies
Promote positive behaviour, emotional regulation and independence
Support pupils’ social development and wellbeing
This role may include supporting pupils with personal care needs and helping students manage sensory or emotional challenges.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
Has experience working with children or young people with SEN (education, care or youth settings)
Is calm, patient and emotionally resilient
Builds strong, positive relationships with pupils
Works well as part of a multidisciplinary team
Is committed to safeguarding and inclusive practice
A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable but not essential. Full training and ongoing CPD will be provided
