Are you passionate about making a lasting difference in the lives of young people with Special Educational Needs? Do you thrive in a role where every day is meaningful and rewarding?
We’re looking for a dedicated and nurturing SEN Key Worker to support and advocate for students, helping them succeed both academically and emotionally
✨ Your Role
- Act as a key point of contact for pupils with SEN and their families
- Provide consistent 1:1 support and guidance
- Build strong, trusting relationships with students
- Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals ️
- Support behaviour, wellbeing, and engagement in learning
- Monitor progress and help implement personalised support plans
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working with children or young people with SEN
- A calm, patient, and empathetic approach
- Strong communication and organisational skills ️
- Ability to build positive relationships and trust
- A proactive and flexible attitude
