✨ About the Role
As an NTAP Support Assistant, you’ll gain hands-on experience in schools while developing the skills needed to support students with additional needs . This is an ideal entry-level opportunity with training and support provided every step of the way
Key Responsibilities
✔️ Support students in the classroom alongside teachers and SEN staff
✔️ Assist with learning activities and classroom tasks
✔️ Provide 1:1 or small group support when needed
✔️ Help students build confidence, independence, and social skills
✔️ Support behaviour management and positive engagement
